As part of the 2402 release, we have included a feature to cleanup audit table records, which will help us avoid running out of HANA space in some customers landscapes. Below are the steps:

1. Add System Task - Create a new System Task of type "Delete Audit Record Job" and provide a CRON expression to make it run periodically as necessary in the landscape.

2. Specify how long the audit record must be kept. Set the Numeric value to " Setting Audit Record Kept For Days". If no number of days is specified, but the above System Task is configured, then by default clean-up audit records will be done which is older than 90 days.
