Sales Document Allowed Actions were all programmed in ISS/CPQ and no changes can be made. There is no restrictions that can be customized, such as only creator can submit quote. Below are the matrixes for quote and opportunity actions per sales Document Status.
However, users can customize their UI Profile to hide for a User Role, such that users cannot apply certain actions. E.g. Hide Submit button for all users except Creator, such that only Creator can see the Submit button and click Submit. All UI Profile changes are according to Sales Document Status.
Below is the matrix for Quote and Opportunity actions per sales Document Status.
User is allowed to click 'Withdraw' under the statuses (Completed, Approved, Rejected, Accepted, Partially Sent to ERP, sent to ERP), except 'Open' status.
Upon Withdrawal,
- The Quote status will change to 'Open'
- Quote can be edited
- Previous approval information will be deleted
- Quote will be updated to the next version
- If withdrawal is done at 'Partially sent to ERP'/'Sent to ERP', order information will be deleted too
