2. Click on icon with 4 boxes at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on 'Support'.
4. Look for the '+Add' icon on the top left corner and select 'Ticket'.
5. Upon selection, fill in the necessary information.

Upon receipt of the ticket, InMindCloud Support would respond within SLA time. Upon resolving the ticket/no response from users, the ticket will be close 7 days after the last update.
