As a Sales Representative, the user(s) can now track all individual steps form a continuous document chain. The document flow depicts this graphically. It demonstrates how the individual steps are built on each other and shows at what point you are in the entire business process.

The document flow shows how far the sales document has been processed and creates a business transaction out of consecutive documents in the system. For instance, a document flow in Quote can show the linked Opportunity and sales order. it helps understand each step in the journey and helps navigate to linked documents.
