Approval Email Template Set Up
Managers can make informed decisions & prioritize approval emails in between meetings. Approval reason and rules name are now usable within email templates which allows a manager to understand if it requires urgent attention.
To enable managers to get the information displayed that they already see in the system, it is possible to expose the approval rule and condition into the approval e-mail template.
Email Approval with Proposal Attachment
Users can save time by forwarding approved proposal pdf to the customer without logging in to the system. Now the system generates all default pages in PDF proposal when sending notification to manager or submitter.
As all default sections/pages such as cover page, terms, and conditions are re-generated after approval, the submitter gets a notification with proposal pdf attached once the quote is approved by the management.
When submitting to the approver, the PDF attachment will include pages based on the default selected Proposal Options below:
User(s) can now add text in notes via API to capture key events, which notifies the virtual team.
Note: Based on jasper report implementation, the status of the document can be shown with a watermark indicating "Draft". More status such as Approved or Not Approved may also be shown once the approving Manager has reviewed and responded through the E-Mail to Requester.
