To provide a personalized user journey, MX allows users to customize and define their own preferences based on how pages and views represent data, e.g. predefined filters, sorting, columns to show or hide and preserve last selected options. Previously, these preferences were stored within the browser. To provide a consistent user experience across browsers and devices, MX now stores user preferences on the server side. This mechanism also applies to other features such as Pre-submit Check and Find Similar Quote searching criteria.
