Guided Selling within a quote
To access Guided Selling from within a Quote, under the Items tab, click on the Guided Selling icon.
Guided Selling prior to creating a Quote
To launch Guided Selling before a quote is created, select ‘Quotes’ > ‘Guided Selling’:
Guided Selling - Start Over with just a click
The Guided Selling feature is used to systematically add multiple products to the quote line item. The steps may be taken repeatedly before all relevant products have been added. Rather than directing users to the line item screen, users can easily start over at the Guided Selling start screen and avoid unnecessary loading time.
In the Digital Sales Platform, select Quotes > Product Catalog, simply click on the 'Start Over' button.
This will then redirect the user to the starting screen of the Guided Selling page.
Clicking on a Question Set tile will display the first Question, and the user will be able to start answering the questionnaire. Clicking on an answer will display either the next Question or the Product Catalog in case of it being the last Question in the chain.
The following figure outlines a Question Set with possible answer options:
User can see the list of questions and answers that he/she has already answered questions on the right side of the screen. Clicking any of the previously answered questions will bring the user to that relevant Question where the user will be able to select a different choice.
Completing the Question Set
After selecting the last answer to a Question Set, the user will be brought to the Product Catalog where a filtered list of products tailored to the answers will be shown. From there, he/she can add the relevant product(s) to the quote and return to the quote item screen, or Start Over with fresh question sets for additional guidance.
