Introduction
The Digital Sales Platform caters for multi-language support. As described throughout this document, localization features are present in most configuration aspects. When defining a new language, properties file with the respective label IDs and label description is required.
In the Digital Sales Platform, select ‘Administration’ > ‘Content Management' > ‘Localization’ > ‘ui- Customization’
Define Default Folder
A default folder structure and attachments can be configured for Accounts, Opportunities and Quotes. To configure, in the Digital Sales platform, select 'Administration' > 'Content Management' > 'default'.
Once the configuration is completed, Toggle 'Yes' for the Setting Value Boolean and save. In the Digital Sales Platform, select 'Administration' > 'SettingBoolean' > 'Enable Automatic copy of default folders and objects upon object create'.
Here is an example when an Opportunity is created, the attachment files will automatically be created based on the 'default structure and attachments configuration' above.
