Excel-based reports allow the extract of pre-defined templates in an XLS file which then can be used for further processing, such as uploading the information in a separate target system (e.g. another analytics solution) or for additional adjustments in Excel. Such reports can be found in the navigation bar under ‘Dashboard’ → ‘Reports’:
These reports are typically set up during the implementation process of MX based on customer-specific requirements and can further be enhanced and adjusted during operations as needed. For this, the assigned Customer Success Manager will be the point of contact.
