The following figure depicts a dashboard configured within the Cockpit:
In the above figure, the dashboard is available via the navigation bar under ‘Dashboard’ → ‘Cockpit’ and comprises four (4) reports showing Opportunity, Quote, and Activity related information using line, bar, and bubble charts. The most common use cases such as Weighted Opportunity Volume per Quarter, or Top Quotes by Volume can be configured.
Users can use the dashboard and the embedded reports and further interact with the same. The interactions include toggle legend, zoom in / out, and full-screen display:
When the user clicks on the far right button (full screen), the report will expand to utilize the entire real estate for display:
The user can display additional information by clicking on a chart item; in the above example, the user can hover over a bubble to retrieve additional information as well as navigate to the respective object by clicking on the bubble:
These reports are typically set up during the implementation process based on customer-specific requirements and can further be enhanced and adjusted during operations as needed. For this, the assigned Customer Success Manager will be the point of contact.
