Introduction
The integration between Cloud for Customer (C4C) and In Mind Cloud Digital Sales Platform (DSP) allows users to import Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote data from C4C into DSP, and export Quote data from DSP to C4C. It also allows syncronisation of supported master data.
Currently, DSP allows users to import Account, Opportunity, and Quote from C4C using the HTML Mashup, with the DSP embedded view inside the C4C system/URL Mashup, which is a web service in C4C.
The figure below shows a brief overview of the three different use cases of integration supported by DSP:

Quote Export to CFC
With the enhanced quote export functionality in the CPQ application system, user(s) may have the option to export the latest generated proposal to be exported to C4C.
In the Digital Sales Platform, select 'Administration' > 'Setting Boolean' > (refer image below)
Then toggle to 'Yes':
Scenario 1
If the Boolean flag is set to use the most recently generated proposal, the system should select and export the corresponding PDF file to CFC.
Scenario 2
The system will utilize the default proposal template to export when:
- Boolean flag is set to use the most recently generated proposal and no document is found.
- If no Boolean flag is set or left unchanged.
