The steps to create an Account/Contact/Opportunity directly from the Outlook add-in are as follows:
Step 1: Click on the Ribbon arrow icon in our Outlook application to expand and enable the Classic Ribbon instead of the Simplified Ribbon so that you can click on the In Mind Cloud Outlook add-in.
This screenshot is a view of the Classic Ribbon that you will see in your Outlook application when you expand the ribbon.
Step 2: Click on this icon and you will then need to log in with the respective credentials and choose the right In Mind Cloud instance URL from the available options as well.
Step 3: After logging in successfully, click on the '+' icon and choose from one of the available options to Create/Add a new Account/Contact/Opportunity based on your requirement.
