CPQ Branding Customization Options
The latest update to our CPQ application introduces customization features to align the user interface with your unique branding and user experience preferences.
- Login Screen Customization:
- Logo: Customize the favorite logo and Login logo to enhance brand representation.
- Welcome Note: Craft a warm welcome note to greet users upon login.
- Banner: Customize the banner to the login screen for a personalized touch and provide key information at the top of the banner for easy access.
- Home Screen Customization:
- Company Logo: Tailor the home screen by adding your company logo for a branded experience.
- Redirect URL: Configure a personalized redirect URL to direct users to a specified location when they click on the home screen logo.
Customization and personalization of the Commerce portal makes it possible for account owners to enhance the eCommerce experience, tailored to their end-users.
A Commerce System Administrator (See "Commerce User Management" for additional information), is able to configure the Commerce portal by incorporating brand elements (e.g. using corporate logos, descriptions), configuring screens, offering product filters, embedding additional links, and more. This is done within the Commerce Administration application, accessed by logging into the Commerce portal and clicking 'User Profile Picture' > 'Commerce Administration':

Login
The login page to the Commerce portal can be adapted and modified to match branding style while welcoming visitors to the site.
The image shown on the login screen can be maintained in 'Commerce Administration' > 'Login':

Landing Page Banners
To enhance the Commerce experience of users with a variety of welcome signages, informational announcements or promotions, the landing page banner allows for the rendering of multiple images and videos as a slide show at the top of the homepage in the Commerce portal.
These banners can be maintained in 'Commerce Administration' > 'Landing Page Banners'. When set to 'Active', the banner will be displayed on the homepage. Display duration can be set for the number of seconds between each banner:

Product Filters
The filter function in Commerce allows for more efficient searching through the product catalogue. Users experience a smoother experience as they can enjoy a purchasing process just like regular consumer online shopping.
Available product filters can be maintained in 'Commerce Administration' > 'Product Filters'. If removed/unchecked, the respective filters will not be available on the product search pages.

Screen Configuration
Using the comments section as an internal note is valuable for seamless communication within the company, sharing insights, reminders, and relevant product details. The Commerce Administrator can now control comment visibly on different screens through screen configuration.
This feature can be maintained in 'Commerce Administration' > 'Screen Configuration' > 'Shopping Cart (Order)' > refer 'Comment' section to toggle.
Here is an example of a product where the comment maintained in the Digital Sales Platform is reflected in the Commerce cart.
